LG²ES is also capable of performing the required three-year PSM Compliance Audits (that are also required by RMP) and assist facilities in addressing their deficiencies as a result of the audit.

In 1992, when the OSHA PSM standard was authorized, facilities only had to comply internally with no submission or accountability to the public. However, with the 1996 Risk Management Program Rule promulgated by the US EPA, facilities are required to submit their Prevention Programs to EPA and therefore the Public. This brought a heighten awareness to facilities PSM programs since in some instances these PSM programs would serve as their RMP Prevention Programs.
