Mitigation Banking

LG²ES understands the technical and financial issues involved in wetland mitigation banking.  This understanding forms a solid foundation to provide the services and support needed for project success.  Our technically proficient and customer service oriented staff provides assistance in locating the bank site, determining bank credits, preparing and obtaining the state and federal permits to develop and operate the bank, construction over site, monitoring and maintenance activities, marketing and credit sales, and assisting in the long term stewardship and care of the bank.  Our staff is experienced in the water resources and wetland mitigation designing experience, the hydraulic modeling expertise, and the permitting capability needed to achieve a successful mitigation bank project.
