Project Type: Development of Regional Impact (DRI)

    A multi-use, multi-phase Development of Regional Impact included single-family, multi-family, retail commercial, light industrial and high-rise office uses.  The property included approximately 8000 acres of pine plantation, agricultural fields, and hardwood forested wetlands.  Services provided by LG2ES included:

• Wetland Delineation and Jurisdictional reviews with the regulatory agencies
• Wildlife and Threatened/Endangered Species Assessments
• Gopher Tortoise surveys and permitting
• Development of Regional Impact review and documentation
• Environmental Resource Permit Application-St. Johns River Water Management District
• Individual Section 404 Permit Application-US Army Corps of Engineers
• Comprehensive Mitigation Plan including all on-site mitigation for wetland impacts
• Mitigation Banking feasibility models

Total LG2ES project cost-approximately $300,000.
